On a different note, I recently visited the entire WTC complex that included a guided tour of the memorials and landmarks, visited the museum, and then went up Freedom Tower to the Observatory. Was such an amazing experience ❤️ I was there from 10am to 6:30pm and by the end of the day was left totally exhausted and in complete awe. In light of the events and total respect to the victims, my entire experience of the rebuilt WTC complex was wonderful, albeit with a heavy heart. Oh and the sphere at Liberty Park, I think I sat there for about 30mins in deep reflection trying to process my thoughts and emotions. I couldn’t help myself and had to touch the sphere, sorry. Overall, my visit was a very moving, highly emotional, yet a wonderful experience at the same time and highly recommend anyone thinking about visiting to definitely go.

of all the horrific details of 9/11, the one thing I could never get over was the people on the planes. Being completely helpless to pure evil and terror, nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. they were at the mercy of the hijackers, and they had no mercy. I genuinely couldn't place myself in their shoes, it's such a disgusting and hopeless situation. Rest In Peace to everyone who died that day. Truly the worst day in American history.
